Thai Massage - Nuad Bo-Rarn is a unique form of body therapy dating back to ancient times. It is a healing art that combines yoga stretching, calmness of meditation, acupressure, exercise movement and reflexology. It is worked on a floor with the client dressed in comfortable loose clothing.

Swedish Massage- A combination of various techniques including Swedish massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue and Thai Massage tailored to meet your needs.
Deep Tissue Work - Slow, focused and intense work using Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy.. Focus on points of spasm in muscles that may be causing pain.



Hot Stone Massage - Hot stones are used to create a warm and sacred place for self healing and awareness. This leads to deep relaxation, grounding and centering, release of muscle tension, detoxification, stress relief and a sense of connectedness and joy. Hot Stones speak to the soul, validate the body, and opens the heart.

Hot Stone Massage: Add $15 per session (regardless of time or package deal).
Paraffin dip for hands: Add $5 per session.
